Helga Austin

Helga has been a valued team member at Crown Isle Dental for many years. As our front desk administrator, she is passionate about her role, combining her expertise in treatment coordination and the financial aspects of dental care, including insurance. One of her favorite aspects of the job is building strong relationships with patients, helping them navigate the often-complex world of dental terminology and insurance, and ensuring their treatment scheduling runs smoothly.

Outside of work, Helga enjoys spending quality time with her family, camping with her husband, and exploring the outdoors with their two dogs and cat. She also loves nature hikes and biking.
